NHS Global Events is a privately held meeting management, consulting and hotel sourcing firm seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Executive. This is a full-time position in our Skokie Office.

The Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend services that maximize value. The Account Executive will be the direct contact between NHS Global Events and the client. The Account Executive will also assist in developing sales strategies and establish quotas.

The right individual for this position is professional, adaptable, knowledgeable, able to multi-task and has strong computer and both written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
  • Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects
  • Following up with prospects to ensure needs are being met
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of services to prospective buyers
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends
  • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Maintaining a database of contact information
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Providing professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Handling complaints and negotiations

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Additional education or experience preferred
