When You Contact Us, Our Team Answers
There’s something we hope you notice when you call or contact NHS Global Events. Well, okay, the antiquated hold music is one thing. But the other, more important, one is that someone here is ready to help you. It might sound a little hokey or old school, but we make sure that you know there is a team here ready to serve you.
If the person you ask to speak with is out, there is someone else ready to do what they can to get you an answer or resolve your request.
“We strive to stay on top of all the latest technological innovations,” says NHS Global Events President Bill Lynch. “But we also maintain the principles of customer service and teamwork that got us where we are today.”
“We start the week on a positive note with an icebreaker involving everyone in the company. We use a video conference platform to have everyone there together. We do a weekly standup in front of the entire company to share something that might have occurred or a best practice that we’ve learned from a client or partner. Or we might discuss a favorite teacher we’ve had.”
In addition, employees are encouraged to get involved with charities and are given the time and resources to take part in these organizations.
“At NHS Global Events, we value the individual contributions of everyone in the company and strive for putting the best of each of us into our daily work,” explains Bill. “We treat each other with respect and kindness and that carries over to how we treat our clients and shows in the level of excellence we are able to provide them.”
