NHS Global Events – Week 43 of 52
Halloween week is upon us at NHS Global Events, and we’re ready for a scare!
But before that, we take a look at some great ideas and concepts in the world of meetings and events. First, we look at the benefits of having events in venues with natural light. Natural light is better for the mood, and proven scientifically, better for the mind and body as well!
Next, the power of the welcome email in associations is surprising, with as high as 91 percent open rates. Saying “welcome” really does go a long way! Later, we look at 10 best ideas of the week in events all around the world. There is always room for innovation!
In the middle of the week, our team is ready for a spooky celebration with costumes! Happy Halloween!
To finish off the week, Allison, Amanda and Laura spend a beautiful day volunteering for the Carole Robertson Center for Learning Fall Festival. The children enjoy a petting zoo, horse rides, a bounce house, face painting, and much more!
Quote of the Week: ”When witches go riding, and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers ’tis near Halloween” -Unknown
