Next up is MeetingsToday’s list of 4 reasons why California is a food haven—and they’re good reasons! A new 2020 research initiative by ASAE Foundation is announced, intended to measure the impact and influence of associations. Meanwhile, the Minneapolis Convention Center earns the 2018 Venue Excellence Award from IAVM for its environmental sustainability efforts.

Later on, we ponder whether your surroundings influence how good your food tastes. With VR technology able to transport you to anywhere you want to go, meetings are about to change!

Finally, Walt Disney World has a new luxury hotel in the making, set to open in 2022!
