NHS Global Events – Week 39 of 52

This week we focus on hotels! With new hotels opening and exciting renovations to existing hotels, there is so much to be excited for!

First, we catch up with Meeting & Event Planner Laura Gebhardt, who recently visited the newly opened JW Marriott Nashville during a pre-planning visit. From culinary masterpieces to exquisite art, this wonderful site makes us look forward to returning for a successful program! While in Nashville, consider going on a mural tour, stopping at each of the city’s beautiful murals!

Next, we look at the plans for what is soon to be the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. Set to open in early 2021, we can’t wait! Meanwhile, the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country unveiled something we don’t have to wait for: a brand new design, sporting the look of a “rustic chic sanctuary”!

Finally, after learning about the Hawaii Convention Center’s conservation effort to reforest 100 trees through the Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative, we end our week with PCMA’s “20 in Their Twenties” list of exceptional up-and-coming business events professionals in their twenties!
